Returns for Ready-Made Items: If you are not satisfied with your ready-made purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Returns for Custom-Made Items: Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a confirmed defect in the product or a verified error in the printing process on our part. We encourage you to carefully review your design and order details before confirming your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@hoed-ya.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Processing Time: All custom orders require a production time of approximately 5-7 business days before they are shipped. Ready-made orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery Estimates:
Within South Africa: 3-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has been dispatched.
